  Manitoba Free Press, Winnipeg, Saturday, August 16, 1919. Dies from Injuries Received When His Auto Turns Turtle George Porter Comrie, of Lilyfield, Man., died at the General hospital yesterday from the effects of injuries received internally on the afternoon of Aug. 6 last when his automobile overturned. Mr. Comrie was driving in the vicinity of Brookside cemetery when his machine overturned. He was alone at the time of the accident. The deceased was 30 years of age and single, residing with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Comrie. He was a native of Renfrew, Ont. The remains are at Thomson's undertaking rooms, and will be taken to the home of the family, when the funeral will be held Monday afternoon. The interment will be at Brookside cemetery.
