Tehe groom's right hand man w as Mr Hugh Gilmour, of Ross, while Miss Maggie Thomson, acted as bridesma id for her sister. Rev Hugh Taylor performed the ceremony. After the usu al congratulations and a hearty prpast, the happy coule drove out to the ir future home in Ross accompanied by a number of their young friends, whe re the evening was spent in a sociable way with a large company who await ed thier home coming. The preseents made to the bride were both useful a nd select.
