Wm was residing in Manitoba when he was married mar 16 1900 Pembroke Observer Mr Wm McClelland, son of Mr & Mrs. Hugh McClelland, who came home from Rat hwell, Manitoba, several months ago to visit her parents, after an absen ce of eight or nine years, wisely decided not to return without a life-par tner, and accordingly he was married yesterday afternoon at four o'clo ck to Miss Lizzie Hamilton dau of Mr John Hamilton of Alice, the ceremo ny being performed at the residence of teh bride's parents, near Pembrok e, by Rev D M Blakely, of the Presbyterian Church, Alice. The bride was m ost elegantly attired, as was also Miss Susie Devlin of pembroke, the brid esmaid and both these beautiful young ladies looked charming. The bridegr oom was attended by his brother, Mr. Albert McClelland. Only the immedia te relatives of the young couple were present. The presents were very num erous. This Friday evening the young couple leave for their home at Rathw ell, with the b est wishes of hosts of friends for great happiness and pro sperity.
