Notes |
- I have Bridget Pearl Kiely married to Richard Elmer Pappin. They were married in Pembroke, Ontario, on July 31, 1938, by Rev. V.E. Pilon.
I have the four Pappin children listed as Lorraine; JOSEPH; John Patrick Kenneth, b.1932, d. 2011; and Opal, b. about 1937. Am I right? Do you have birth, death or other info on them?
In my records, I also have Pearl's other children listed as Barbara; Judith; Pearl; Rhea; Wanda, b. about 1939; Pam, b. 1940, d. 2002; James; Garry, b. 1943, d. 2010; and Diana, b. 1946, d. 2011. Can you share more information about this family? Pearl Kiely's mother and my father were siblings.
BTW, Elmer Pappin's parents were John Pappin and Mary Black of Westmeath Township, Renfrew County, Ontario

I have a picture of the four generations:
Mary Kiely, Bridget Pearl Pappin, Lorraine Pappin and Eileen Mitchell (me). I also have other numerous pictures of the family. Mary Kiely raised my aunt Opal. I lived with my grandmother the summer of 1962 or 63. she lived on Dorn St. right next to a church. My fondest memory of my greatgrandmother, Ma was that she liked to play solitare at night and my cousin and I would beg her to play "clock".
